If you've never been to a ceilidh or barn dance then the videos here may give you a better idea of what to expect. 

The videos are obviously of poor quality (both sound and vision) - it would take hours to download anything half-way decent. They, like the tunes on the tunes page are only intended to give you some idea of what goes on in one of our ceilidhs. If you've got Windows XP they should download easily but other users may need to check they've got Window's Media Player installed. If you haven't then you can download it from the windows website.

All of the videos will download on a standard dial-up (56k) modem but the low quality versions will take about 30 seconds! If you are willing to wait a bit longer or if you have a broadband connection then go for the higher quality versions.
